Tonight's featured event is the GIII $205,200 La Primera Del Año Derby for fillies and mares. Bac in Front is the morning line favorite off a terrific trial win but i think Foo Who might give her a run for her money.

Race 1: 6-5-3
#6 Nate Dawg has been unlucky in a couple of his last races, new trainer has been doing well with new claims.
Race 2: 4-3-5
#4 Ice Time comes off a good looking win and takes a logical step up in class, this jockey has been aboard all his wins.
Race 3: 3-1-5
#3 Hot To Surf looks to own the speed of the field and his effort from two races back should be competitive in here.
Race 4: 5-6-4
#5 Benicia Gem has sharp form and looked good in her latest win when going gate to wire.
Race 5: 5-1-6
#5 Wicked Trip was unlucky to lose her last start by a nose after leading all the way, figures the speed of the field.
Race 6: 6-3-4
#6 Fd Dasher has not gotten the best of trips lately but he's moving down in class and gets a good outside post.
Race 7: 3-4-1
#3 Hez Stellar ran a good second in his first start of 2015 despite some traffic trouble, i expect a good effort in his second start of the year.
Race 8: 4-2-10
#4 Bac In Front looked terrific in her trial win when posting the fastest qualifying time, that was the best race of her career.
